Our qualified VAs are managed by our Agency Director, Claire Dalton, who started the business in 2019 as a solo VA practitioner. As her client portfolio grew, so too did the need to bring in additional team members to accommodate client demand (it was a good problem to have!)
Claire recognised the only way Impact VA could continue to increase the IMPACT it was having in the small business community, was to grow with her clients. With an agency format that’s fit for client purpose, Claire now focuses her attention on the broader needs of the business owners we serve, while our VAs can focus on their immediate business administration needs.
